Modular tracked UGV platform

Not a single fixed vehicle — a tracked ground platform configured per mission. Built in-house from the chassis up. Field mobility validated in 2025 (TRL 5); TRL 6 field campaign under way in 2026.

01

Field tests — 2025

Mobility campaign across five surface types — in every clip the platform carries a 16 kg test load (two 8 kg blocks). Unedited field footage; full demo reel available on request.

Grass slope — sustained climb from footpath to embankment crest.
Stair climbing — full ascent of a concrete flight to the top.
Soft mud / wet sand — low-pressure tracks holding traction on saturated ground.
Loose sand — high-speed run and turns on dry dunes.
Tall grass — low silhouette: the platform stays nearly invisible while moving through vegetation.

Jul 2025

Concept: the task defines the vehicle

The platform is an open mobility base. Payload bay, communications stack and control electronics are swappable modules selected per role — the same chassis carries a sensor set, a relay node or a cargo deck without redesign. An amphibious (buoyant) variant is in development — not yet field-tested; water trials follow as a later stage of the 2026 campaign.

In-house design, proven components

Chassis, tracked mobility system and drivetrain mechanics are designed and manufactured from scratch, with rapid-manufactured track and drivetrain components. Proven COTS drive components — motors, motor controllers, power elements — are integrated into an in-house electronics and control architecture. No dependency on a donor vehicle. Polymer hull, camouflage-painted to the operating terrain — corrosion-free, no heavy tooling, production scales with printers, field-repairable.

Open integration

Modular architecture accepts third-party RX/TX and control systems — no vendor lock-in. Alternatively, the platform runs the in-house encrypted FHSS control link with configurable channel plans.

Expansion options

The radio and payload stack is socketed, not soldered into the design: control receiver (RX), video transmitter (VTx), telemetry and payload interface boards are swappable modules — replaced per mission or upgraded without touching the platform. An in-house embedded computer-vision module (OpenCV, bench-validated) can be integrated — its functions are scoped to the customer's mission requirements, and other sensor payloads are fitted the same way.

Custom development & integration

Beyond the base platform: new UGV variants engineered to customer requirements — different size, payload class or chassis — or upgrade and integration of the customer's existing ground platforms: mobility, control and secure communications as an engineering service.
